Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Super (DOE) Location: Western Brisbane, flexibility with WFH Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday A growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a busy portfolio of projects across Brisbane. This is a key role within the business, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to step into a senior position as the company continues to grow. Working closely with the Director and Project Managers, you will support multiple live projects ranging from small works through to large commercial plumbing packages. You’ll play a hands-on role across project administration, compliance, contract support and accounts assistance. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end project administration and documentation Preparing job packs, project registers and internal reports Contract administration, compliance and document control Supporting procurement, purchase orders and subcontractor documentation Invoicing, reconciliations and progress claim follow-ups Liaising with project managers, site teams and subcontractors About you: Proven experience in project administration within construction or building services Strong understanding of compliance, documentation and project workflows Solid accounts and invoicing knowledge Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator who takes ownership What’s on offer: Salary up to $100,000 Super Phone and laptop provided Supportive, stable team environment Long-term career opportunity in a growing business How to Apply: If you are ready to advance your career and contribute to the dynamic world of construction, we encourage you to apply.
